4.Operating Process:

Step 1: Preperation:

Wash and Polishing

 Polish the car paint to remove the scrath;Degreasing to remove the oil and residue on car paint, to make V-MAFA®  coating be tightly attached on car paint.

Step 2: Apply V-MAFA®  Coating:

Pour 1-2 drops of V-MAFA®  coating on sponge applicator,Apply V-MAFA® coating small area by area as "T" shape on car paint.

Step 3:Wipe the coating by microfiber towel

Under 26 centi dgree,after 1-2 minutes later, the finger feel coating be sticky without spare water left,then wipe by the microfiber towel which twisted from water. wipe again and again repeatedly until looks shinny.

about 1 hour later, coating curl, the first layer of coating finished. If operating the second layer of coating,you can apply it same as the first layer.

Caution:

1.After coating finished on car paint, the car can be used after 3 hours later without rainy day. 72 hours later you can wash the car, 20 days later the coating get the best effect.

2. Within 72 hours after finished with coating, should better not attach water on car paint. If water attatched, wipe it be dry right away, to avoid print occur.

3.Within 72 hours,should better not drive the car too fast, if the objects such as mosquito attached on, clean the dirt right away.

6) What is the difference between plating crystal coating and sealed glaze?

A: Crystal coating can form a flexible transparent crystal layer,while sealed galze could not.The sealed glaze's main component is wax, if it is added to a glass fiber coating, although it could be crystallized, but it is not flexible, it is easy to crack and fall off.

7) .How long can wash the car after crystal coating consturction?

A: Minimum 72 hours, if the weather is bad the minimum needed about a week.Generally speaking,you can drive it away after 6 hours if it is not rain, in case rainy you should wipe the water immediately.

8) .Does it need a light to roast?

A: Our crystal coating is dried by absorbing moisture from the air naturally,.Roasting will affect the results, so it mustn't be roasted.

9) .What is the thickness I should plate?

A: 2 microns, a thick coating but non-uniformity is no use.if you want to enhence the thickness,you can do it the second time.

10) .What is its hardness using H?

A: 6 H, you can test it with a hardness instruments, general the paint is 3 H.
